Predicting the outcome of litigation through KP system

A worried person asked me about the possible outcome of litigation matter regarding his commercial property. He has been fighting legal battle since 2017. he didn't disclosed matters in clear but simply asked whether he will win the law suit or not.

I immediately prepared the horoscope for moment on 17th July at 19.28 hrs in Tenali City.

According to KP astrology, the 7th house will show the opponent. The planets influencing the 7th house will show the nature and characteristics of opponent.

If we have to win obviously the opposite person should lose. The 12th house which shows loss or defeat of the opposite person will decide whether we can win the battle or not. the 12th house counted from house will be the 6th house. That's why in KP astrology in all questions relating to competition or victory over opponents, 6th house will be of primary importance.

If the sub lord of the 6th house is connected with the development houses like 1 2 3 6 10 and 11 then there is every possible for victory. Conversely if there is strong connection with undevelopment houses like 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 12 one will have to face defeat.

The rule is quiet clear and without any ambiguity. The beauty of KP system is that every prediction is based on a sound logic with a clear exposition.

We shall apply the above rule to the horoscope in giving final prediction

In this horoscope, Venus is ruling the subdivision on the 6th house. It is in the 7th house but deposited in the constellation of Ketu and subdivision of the Moon. Venus is together with Mars and both are in 7th house.

I said that the opposite person is middle aged male influenced by his wife. Client agreed.

Venus in the 7th house is showing strength to the opponent. If we read the the significations of Ketu then we get 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11 houses. Ketu is representative for Venus and Mars thus the above houses. These houses are showing mixed results like delay due to technical reasons and subsequent progress of the suit.

Verify the sublord that is always the king pin in KP astrology. Here Venus is positive as it is in the subdivision of the Moon an occupant of the 6th house because there is no planet talented in the stars of the later. Again the moon is in Jupiter star an occupant of third house.

Finally we have 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11 houses at Stellar level but 3, 6 and 12 houses at sub level. The significations at the sub level are promising favourable results for the person.

I confidently told him : "You are going to win this law suit"

He replied : "Thank you sir, but when will i get the result?"

Now scan the horoscope, for the positive period at the earliest. Jupiter-Venus period is coming to an end in October 2023. here I would like to explain my experience. Whenever the sub period of sub Lord of an important house is in operation, we have to predict the event mostly in that sub period only.

So Venus is eligible to offer the result during its period. Mercury and Ketu Sub Sub periods are remaining. I unhesitatingly selected the Ketu period because it also connected with the Moon at sub level. Another important point is that whenever a planet is connected with the 7th house at star level and 6th house at it's sublevel, that planet is going to offer success in competition for sure.

I said : "You will get useful judgement between August and October 2023 and mostly in the second week of October." ( when Sun meets Kethu in Venus sign)
