Sub lord of 12th house is Sun. It is in 12th house in Mars star and Kethu sub whereas Kethu is in Sun star again. So he is connected with 12th house at 4th level (Kethu stars are occupied). Hence 12th cusp is unfavorable to Asc.

Compare with RPs. Moon is a RP as Moon is in its ownsub, hence strongest. Moon is against the asc hence gives failure.

So, New Zealand looses the game.
