Higher education or marriage ? – KP Horary analysis

My client asked whether he will get admission for higher education or marry which will happen first. Following is the time chart for the moment:

Here 7th house (marriage) and 9th house (higher education) both have Rahu as its sub lord! I read Rahu carefully, it is in Jupiter star and own sub. Jupiter is in 4th house (admission). Then I thought that Rahu stars are unoccupied and posited in 11th house then why can’t marriage? Then it came to me that Saturn is aspecting all the three houses necessary for marriage 2-7-11 from 5th house. This denotes delay regarding marriage. Rahu also denotes Moon in 9th house. Hence I declared that he will get admission first during this Sun-Rahu period which will rule till June 2018.

Then the question of marriage was taken. Sun in Jupiter sub connected with 2-5-11 houses will surely cause marriage during its period. Therefore I picked up Sun-Saturn-Rahu/Jupiter period for marriage. These periods rule between Dec 2020 and Mar 2021.

Jupiter will transit over Sun position during that period. Rahu will transit over Moon star (represented by Rahu in horary chart) in Taurus.
