When will I go abroad: KP Horary analysis!

Following horary map is for the seed number 196. Question is whether going abroad is promised or not if so when?

Urge:

Asc sub lord is Mars. It is lord of 4-11 houses but posited in 2nd house. It is in the star of Saturn (in 12) and sub of Jupiter who is in the star of Mercury lord of 6-9 houses in 12th house. Therefore Mars is connected with 3-9-12 houses through star and sub.

Rule:

If the sub lord of 12th house is connected with 3/9/12 houses then going abroad is promised. Further the link between 3-9 houses is also important.

Application:

In this map, the sub lord of 12th house is Venus. It is in the star of Saturn in 12th house and sub of Rahu. Here Rahu stars are unoccupied and it represents Moon in 3rd house. Again Rahu is in the star of Jupiter in 11th house. Here 11th house should not be taken as negation for 12th house but it denotes the strong will of the client to abroad. Incidentally Venus is also sub lord for 3-9 houses. So going abroad is promised without a doubt.

Timing:

Venus-Venus period will rule till April 2019. Later Venus-Sun period will prevail till April 2020. Though Sun is in 12th house and sub of Rahu, it may not be strong as it is strong for 8th house also. Moon is in 3rd house with “positional strength” and connected with 12th house at sub level.
