When will my father sell his property? - KP system prediction

Here we have to take 9th house for father and reckon from it all the rules for sale of property. In KP, one will sell property only when the sub lord of 10th house is connected with 3, 5, 10 and 12 houses.

Here cancer sign raises over 9th house owned by Moon. The 4th house counted there from is in Libra. As per KP, the sub lord is mercury. It is in the star of Kethu and subdivision of Jupiter. Kethu is in 6th house whereas in Jupiter is in 3rd house in own star. Kethu is conjoined with Mars, lord and strong significant for 10th house. Hence Mercury is strongly connected with 3 and 10 houses which satisfy the rule above.

I verified the period ruling to be Venus-Mars till October 2018. Mars is a strong significant for 6, 10 and 12 houses counted from 9th house. Therefore it is indicating possibility for parting with the property and gaining financially. Mars is also strong ruling planet by the time of the analysis. Hence and hesitatingly, I predicted that property will be sold out for October 2018. To be more precise I selected 2nd week of June 2018 or 3rd week of August 2018 for the materialization of sale. Sun will be transiting in the star of Mars and Kethu respectively during the above months.
