Ongoing Jat hesitation raged a roar in north india. Careful assessment of their demands and convincing declaration of solution is on the part of the govt now. I would like to deduce the astrological interpretation of the present situation. The following analysis is regarding two issues and they are when will be strike called off and whether Jat's desire may be fulfilled or not?
Strike will be called off when planets transit in houses connected with 2, 6, 10 and 11 houses. I randomly prepared horoscope to know when they call off strike and whether their desire will be fulfilled or not.

Here we have to note that Capricorn is in 10th house. Sun is in 10th house whereas Kethu is in 11th house. Mars is in 6th house. No planets in Kethu stars, Rahu is in Sun star. No planets in Mars star. Therefore Rahu, Kethu, Sun and Mars are significators.
Saturn aspecting ascendant and Moon may cause delay. Saturn is for democracy which may result in serious debate on this topic. Unrest may prevail till Moon reaches Saturn position.
Whether Jat’s desire will be fulfilled or not?
As per KP 11th sub lord is Saturn. He is in Mercury star and Venus sub. Therefore Saturn is strong for 9th house matters which denote communication from Govt (3rd house to 7th house). Saturn may give conditional success for Jats!
When will govt respond?
Mercury is for communication, he is with Venus in 9th house aspected by Saturn, the sub lord for Ascendant and 11th house. Therefore one can expect positive developments when Moon enters in Sun star in Mercury sign. Sun is the only planet in the star of node Rahu! Therefore one can expect declaration from govt or invitation for a dialogue with the representatives of Jats on 24-02-2016, by the evening time.
Strike call off when?
Normal life may be restored when Moon transits in the star Chitha or Swathi. It seems to me that 26-02-2016 will bring normal life.
